The asset modal is laid out with the end user in mind. At the top you will find the tabs that are core to the navigation, details, and consumption of your asset. A user is easily able to toggle between these options to get a complete view of the asset.
On the Metadata tab a guest user will be able to quickly see all associated EXIF metadata and additional details on each file or attachment. All of the information seen on this tab is indexed by Media Manager and searchable by any user.
The Similar tab allows users to see all assets within that Library or Collection that are similar to the selected asset as well as any duplicates that may exist. This is a great way to make sure you are getting the most out of your Library and that no assets are accidentally duplicated or live in multiple places.
The Embed tab allows users to embed the asset or any of the files using Media Manager's CDN functionality. The user is then able to customize this link by selecting which file type it should be as well as the size if that is necessary. This will populate that information directly within the link for the converted asset.
The embed asset will always show the latest version, so if the link is being used and a new version is uploaded, the new asset will instantly show on the CDN link.

Within the Usage tab an admin will get an overall view of how this asset is being shared and used with the Library Embed CDN functionality. This tab also shows what Libraries and the Collections it is associated with on the left-hand side.
In the Status tab an editable user is able to edit the publish date and set an expiration date if necessary. This will allow the asset to be viewable or not viewable to guest users. Editable users can also see if this has been an approved asset within the approval workflow that was set up. Comments by editable users can also be made on the individual asset for all level types to be seen with the exception of guest users.
Finally, the Edit tab is where a higher level user (Administrator or Collaborator) can make edits to the asset. This includes adding tags, custom fields, changing the asset or attachment name(s), and tapping into our more advanced features like the 360 viewer option and watermarking.
