Customize Your Media Manager
Custom Themes allow you to customize the look and feel of your Media Manager. Add a header image and a card image to serve as the thumbnail at the organization level, add a custom header logo and favicon (small browser icon), and use a custom hex code to change the core Media Manager color.
How to Add a Header Image and Card Image
1. From your Library, select the "Settings" button and then "General Settings".
2. Within the Basic Settings select "Upload" on the right side of the Header Image Section or the Card Image section.
3. Choose your image and select "Upload".
4. Select "Update Library" to save your changes.

PRO-TIP: Scrolling over the "?" icon will give you the recommended dimensions for each image. These recommended dimensions are 1920px X 480px and 260px X 130px for header image and card image respectively.

How to Add a Custom Header Logo
1. Navigate to your Library's Organization page. Select Settings > General Settings.
2. Next, click on the "Customize Header Logo" tab to upload a logo image and favicon image (small browser tab image). You can also customize the link on your header image (for example, to your website/intranet etc.) and select a dark or light background.
3. Once you have added this feature, you will no longer see the Getty Images logo in the upper left and should see the custom header logo that you have uploaded.
PRO-TIP: Scrolling over the "?" icon will give you the recommended dimensions for the logo. The recommended dimensions start at 35px X 35px. The aspect ratio should not exceed 4:1.
How to Add a Custom Color
1. From your Library, select the "Settings" button and then "General Settings".
2. Within the General Settings, enter a hex code into the "Brand Color (Hex Code)" field.
3. Select "Update Library" to save your changes.
How to Customize the Sign-in Page
By default, the header image above the sign in box will be inherited from the level associated with the sign in page. This can be set up at the Organization, Library or Collection level with a customized sign in page for each.
To update the background image:
1. Go to Settings > General Settings within your selected level.
2. Navigate to the "Customize" tab.
3. Upload your image to the background image upload area and select "Update" to save.
NOTE: The recommended dimensions for this image are 1920px X 1080px. If no image is uploaded, the background will default to a solid version of the selected Brand Color (hex code). If no hex code exists, then the default color background will be white.
