There are 3 types of permissible objects in Media Manager:
- Organizations
- Libraries
- Collections
User permissions flow downward; that is to say, an owner of an Organization is automatically given that level of access to each Library and Collection within the Organization. The same is true for admins, collaborators, and guests.
For example, if you want a user to have admin access to every Library under and Organization, make them an admin of the Organization and they will automatically become an admin of each Library within. The same is true for Collections: an admin of a Library is automatically granted admin privileges to each Collection within.
You can keep permissions on a high level by granting access to the entire organization or Library - or you can fine-tune permission levels by creating multiple collections.
